This Lotus Elise RR, originally a 111R, has been continuously updated with many updates and meticulously tuned for the driver from 2011 until it goes on sale in 2020.

This was followed by various chassis optimizations, different adjustments to the axle geometry, engine tuning with a Rotrex supercharger up to 280 hp, highly effective aerodynamic parts, etc.
The most important thing, however, true to the saying of Lotus founder Colin Chapman “Adding power makes you faster on the straights. Subtracting weight makes you faster everywhere.” Naturally, weight was saved wherever possible.
